Refund policy

Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer must first contact us at info@vistagato.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Customer must pay for shipping charges back to Corona, California. Once your unit is received and inspected, we will process and issue a refund to the original purchasing credit card within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days. For questions or concerns, email us at info@vistagato.com

Taxes & Duties
The responsibility of payment for any applicable Taxes & Duties, is that of customer. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable to pay any Taxes & Duties due by customer.
