Returns Made Easy: We want you and your cat to love your VistaGato. If you ever have a concern, our U.S. based team is here to help.

Defective or Damaged Items: We’ll send a new replacement to you.

Change of Mind: If you decide your Vista isn’t the right fit, we gladly accept returns within 30 days. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. In this case, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (often $50–$100+ depending on location).

Opened or Used Items: A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and preparation for resale
